Lovin' These Recipes!

Disclosure: I received Trisha's Table: My Feel-Good Favorites for a Balanced Life complimentary From Blogging For Books. Provided I give an honest review.

Afternoon Loverlies! Let me tell you, I was so excited to be able to review a cookbook. It is a nice change to blog, instead of the young adult books I like to blog. I just enjoy sharing with y'all about books that maybe someone didn't even know was out there. She has a lot of different types of recipes in this cookbook. For example here are a few of the recipes that are in this book. Spinach Frittata, Avocado Pineapple Salsa, Potato Skins, Kale Soup, Tofu Ricotta Lasagna, Grits and Greens Casserole, and Chocolate angel food cake with strawberries.

My husband and I decided to make the cornbread-chili casserole. Let's be honest, this was not my favorite recipe I have tried. I am sure there are recipes I will like in this cookbook though, because the Kale soup does look delicious. I can admit that I cannot wait to try out more of her recipes though. I will try my best to remember to blog any of the other recipes I try from this book. Also, just because I did not like one of the recipes in this book, do not let that discourage you away from it. There are a lot of recipes to choose from. You can purchase this cookbook HERE. Have a Blessed Day!
