In a World of my own......

Disclosure: I received Wonderland: A Coloring Book Inspired by Alice's Adventures by Amily Shen from Blogging For Books. Provided that I give an honest review.

I am going to be honest and admit I am late for posting this adult coloring book. I apologize for the late posting to BFB and my readers, because this adult coloring book is an amazing one that is Alice In Wonderland. I do have about three or four of them now. But of course Alice In Wonderland is my favorite, of course. This adult coloring book also has the story written in it. It seems like a shorter version, because it would be so much thicker if it was the full book. I do recommend if you are going to get an adult coloring book that is Alice In Wonderland themed, this is a very good one to choose! I can't wait to focus on my coloring in more to try and distract from my depression and anxiety. I need to get on the ball and try and focus more this new year. I am definitely going to be putting more of my time in this coloring book. If you want to purchase this book for yourself, click this LINK. Have a Blessed Day!

Are You Coloring?

Mawnin' Loverlies! Today is just a quick little post of a Doodle coloring book I purchased a month ago and have finally started using. I don't know if y'all been seeing the articles on coloring not just being for kids anymore, but I agree with them. Coloring is just as much for adults, it helps you de-stress and stimulates your brain. I like how the Huffington Posts' article explains a bit more on why and how this helps de-stress adults. The coloring book I purchased is called Doodle Designs Coloring Book #2 by Bethany Pease Sheets. I will post a few pages I have colored so y'all can get an idea what this coloring book gives you. You can search on Amazon for different kinds of coloring books for adults. I love the zentangle or zendoodle ones, they have a lot to color in normally. When I was at Hastings the other day there was a tattoo coloring book I thought was quite neat! If I knew how to get myself in this coloring book business, I would enjoy making coloring books to sell. It looks like a lot of fun! Enough of my rambling about these books and on to the pictures! Have a Blessed Day!

I didn't purchase this one, but I thought it was too neat not to show!

Loving Art!

Evening Loverlies! I started in September to attempt drawing again. In high school I tried drawing little cartoon characters all the time, and I missed it. So I have been trying to attempt drawing people again. Sadly they still turn out like cartoon characters though. I really was trying to draw realistic people, but I have failed in the realistic area. lol I just try to remind myself anything can be art, so that I do not get discouraged and It is just my style of drawing. I have also been following some cool Facebook art groups. I love seeing all the drawings and paintings in the groups, because they can be really inspirational at times. I will post the links to the groups below my pictures, if y'all are interested in checking them out. That's all I have to talk about for today! Hope y'all enjoy my drawings and have a blessed day!
