Meow! I'm a Kitty!

Mawnin' Loverlies! Halloween is this month!! So I decided to ask my grand friend Missy (who I call my Sissy), to take my photo from the "Spooky Eyes" blog post and photoshop it a bit. I love what she did to the picture! She took the photoshopped the contacts, eye makeup, brow liner, lip liner, hair, and changed the color of my lips. She does an awesome job in the photoshop world, if only I could use photoshop like a professional. I probably wouldn't leave the house that much. (oh wait I don't do that anyways..) I decided to take the picture and mess around with some filters on it, but I can't decide if I like it any better then the original she did. The only thing I do like better it gets the background darkened a little bit. I will show you both.

The downfall is Facebook doesn't allow me to put the whole picture as my profile picture, which makes me frustrated. You can't see my kitty ears! lol I love the kitty headband, because it is the first headband that has actually stayed in place on my head. I purchased it at Spirit Halloween for about 8 bucks, if I remember right. This Halloween store had some scary props that you could use in a haunted house. These props were life size figures that have a sensor button you can tape to the floor. Once you step on that button they started moving, and some of them would jump at you. lol My favorite costumes they have are the cute monster costumes and unicorn costumes. They have a lot to choose from! Maybe someday I will be invited to a Halloween party and I can dress up. Of course, with my anxiety pills in my system. lol Crowds and me don't mix well. I will post the costumes I saw that I loved, so you can see how cute they are! Have a Blessed Day!

Original Missy did.

With the filter I added

I can't decide! lol I like them both.

Now the cute costumes!! I would wear these year round. Yes.

Here are a few options, but they have more! I so need these costumes. lol

I Got Them Spooky Eyes!

Afternoon Loverlies! I have had the opportunity to review something different from what I normally review. I was so excited to be accepted to review Spooky Eyes contacts. The contacts I chose to try were the Spooky Red Cat Eye Contact lenses. Theses lenses were not lke the prescription contacts I used to have, possibly cuz they are one size fits all. Once I finally got the lenses in and some more tear drops to wet them down they finally started holding better. I will say, it was hard getting used to seeing the red on the sides. I am sure some people who wear them, it wouldn't bug them as much. I just always seem to notice the littlest thing that bugs me. Once I got used to the lenses, it was crazy and fun to wear them. One thing I wish they mailed was a contact case to put the lenses in. At least you can get a cheap contacts lense case at the dollar general store for about 2 dollars. Wearing different types of contacts make it easy for you to feel like someone else, or in my choice make it easy to go around being a cat. They have a lot of options for you to choose from and would be great to use for halloween costumes. You know what? Halloween is seriously, just around the corner. If you are needing a certain contact lense, then you should get to SpookyEyes and see if they have what you are looking for! Have A Blessed Day!

Sorry, forgot to grab a picture with the contacts in the case the package they came in

Inside they have instructions on how to put the contacts in.

Just Messin' With My Avatar...

Mawnin' Loverlies!! I finally got one of my items I am going to do a product review on!! I donno if y'all are that interested in it, I hope y'all are. But I am just EXCITED about it. LOL I just need my husband's help on getting the pictures taken. The "subjects" that I am going to take a picture with the product will not stay still for me. LOL. So keep an eye out for it.

I am also going to attempt my first book review for y'all. I have been reading a certain book lately, that I received from the library. I actually like this book so far!! YAY!! It is quite an interesting read. That is all I am saying for now though. I have been trying to stay off the computer so much and just read. Well, that excludes blogging and reading blogs. But by staying off the computer I am meaning Second Life. Second Life is addicting. I just love getting on there, making lindens, and spending my lindens on clothes for my avatar. I also enjoy taking pictures of my avatar. Since I am not able to get out and do much in RL (oh yeah Rl = Real Life). I try to, but a lot of times it's only the weekends we have time to go and do something. We only have one car and even if we had another. I haven't driven in a year because of my anxiety. I think I could drive if I needed to, I just need to learn my way around where I live at now. But come Sunday I might have more pictures taken for y'all!! :)

Anyways Second Life is great for folks who are not able to get out and have a RL. Some of the people on SL even make RL money, by owning stores or clubs, etc. Very interesting eh? You also have to realized when you start SL there are a bunch of crazies on there also. It's just like RL but only in a virtual world. If you think about joining, just be careful like how you are on all other websites. Anyways I thought I would share with y'all some of my favorite pictures of my avatar in SL. Enjoy!!! Ta Ta For Now!!

Yep I was a vampire for halloween.  Not very original. LOL but I loved the dress, so this happened. lol

Today I Am A Monstah!!

Happy Halloween Loverlies!! I decided to redye my hair again to Red. Yay!!! I was reading this blog I follow called Hairspray & Highheels the other day. I noticed she blogged about this red hair dye from Vidal Sassoon. The color of this dye is called 5RR Medium Vibrant Red. I have never used this brand's hair dye before. Her's came out beautiful, and made me want red hair again, So I decided to try it.

I had my sister in law dye it for me, because I cannot do it myself. lol It seemed to go on easy and smoothly. I will admit though, this hair dye had my scalp burning a bit. Quite a bit. I have sensitive skin though and don't recall any other dye hurting as bad. Luckily the burn did go away while I was waiting for the dye to set. That was the only complaint I will have to give this brand. Anyways My hair came out beautifully though!! In the pictures below my hair has faded some. This is what the dye looks like after 7 washes. I don't mind though, it looks a bit more natural now. :) I love it!! Ta Ta For Now!!

I have a slight Filter on these pictures.  But this one you can hardly tell.

This is my halloween costume today. LOL Even though I don't have anywhere to go.  Too bad you can't see the bottom part. lol I just paired it with black outfit and rainbow colored tutu!! YAY!!!

THROWBACK THURSDAY:

This is when I decided to go REALLY RED!!  It was just three years ago now I believe? LOL Unless you feel like having a high maintenance hairdo, I don't suggest doing this evah!! lol
