Enchanted Excurse

Evening Loverlies! Been kind of busy this week with appointments and such. Got some books from the library and I need to get on the ball and start reading them! I shall attempt a Nora Roberts book tomorrow. I have never read Nora Roberts before, I really hope I enjoy it. I've been doing some art lately called Zentangle. At least been attempting what I think Zentangle is, lol. Here is a LINK about what type of art Zentangle is. I love it to be honest! I even had a friend ask me to draw a manatee with my Zentangle art so he can consider using it as a tattoo. I will show y'all those drawings once I get it mailed to him, I don't want to ruin his surprise of what I have drawn. lol What I normally do is find silhouette's of animals or anything and just add Zentangles to them. I sometimes just come up with it or find Zentangle patterns online to help me. There are quite a few of Zentangle books at hastings I have noticed. Maybe soon I can plan on purchasing some of them. They also have some Manga art books that look fun to try and attempt! Anyways, I am gonna show you a few drawings I have done so far. Afternoon Loverlies! I have been trying to get into different animes and mangas a lot lately, because my hubby loves watching and reading certain ones. I wanted to get into something that he is interested in so that when he watches these cartoons maybe I would enjoy them also and we could watch together. He does a lot for me so why not  give back eh? That is what marriage is I believe, you love that someone so much you want to do what they want to do. I am very thankful for him! He wanted pizza for his birthday yesterday, so we decided to go to Pasta Fina in Searcy, Ar. This is a newer restaurant, I believe it has been open for a few weeks now. I like it because their noodles taste fresh like they made the noodles themselves. You never want to go out to eat and have them serve you non fresh frozen food, that you can easily just cook at home. We ordered the Pasta Fina Special pizza and it was delicious. We have had their white pizza before also and it is delicious, along with their other food. They also give you this delicious bread and olive oil mixture to dip it in while you are waiting on your food. The service seems pretty decent, but the one complaint is the bathrooms. They should have fixed them better before opening, because one of the stalls were out of order and there was no soap. Luckily I had my antibacterial hand gel with me.

The other day I found at hastings Sailor Moon COLLECTIBLES! I was so excited I just had to grab one of them. I wanted Sailor Moon or the little kitties, but I got Mars. I am alright with mars though, she is also cute! I just love these little collectibles I have been finding, they are so cute! I am ready for the Sailor Moon show to start, I am also hoping it will be where I can view it. We just have to wait and see. lol :) On another topic I have been listening to Kyary Pamyu Pamyu a lot lately. I like watching her videos because she has the cutest outfits and props. Well enough of my rambling today, I hope everything is well with y'all!

Afternoon Loverlies! I didn't sleep well last night, I just kept having awful dreams. I napped this morning but I just feel tired still. I started working out again and using this protein powder I miss into milk. It is supposed to help your muscles not feel as sore from working out, my mother in law also said it gave her a lot of energy. So far the only plus from it is it tastes delicious, but that's about it. I still feel sore and i'm sleepy. Argh! It has only been two days since using it though, but I doubt it will give me energy. For some reason, nothing gives me energy. It is very frustrating, especially when I have a pile of laundry in the living room I need to fold.

Another disappointing note is Cat Paradise is not an anime. That made me a bit sad, but I did find one anime called Squid Girl and I love it. It is about this girl that calls herself Squid Girl, of course, she has come from the sea in order to invade human kind for polluting her waters. She has tentacles that move and are strong enough to do anything. This character is cute!! It's a cutesy anime, but at least it's not a dirty one, yuck! I just hate that a lot of them are just dirty, it makes me happy to find one that isn't. Sad though it has only two seasons and the second season isn't English dubbed. But I sucked it up and watched the second season even if I had to read it, lol. It wasn't so hard because I wanted to finish it and the words were big enough I didn't miss much of the show whilst reading what was going on. I watched the first season on Netflix and the second season on Crunchyroll. I Crunchyroll was something you have to pay for, but there are some free shows that you can watch without paying a premium subscription to it. I found also Funimation is another site where you can watch some anime's. I'm excited, I can't wait to find another one that's cute and I enjoy. My husband loves reading manga's and watching anime's, so I'm always trying to find certain ones I enjoy that way I can like some things he enjoys. But that is basically what I have been doing this past few days, working out, drinking protein drink, doing house chores, not sleeping well, watching anime, and reading manga. What have you been doing? ( I also wanted to add the last two pictures I found on Deviantart! I put the link in the source so y'all can go and view who made them. Aren't they cute!! I love them!)

Afternoon Loverlies! Do any of y'all read mangas? I try to get into some of them. I enjoy the Witch And Wizard manga's by James Patterson. I've read one of the Alice The Country Of Hearts, that was interesting. ;) One manga I read a few months ago is called Cat Paradise written by Yuji Iwahara. The original name for it is Gakuen Sousei Nekoten. I have been trying to see if it is an Anime, but I'm having awful luck at searching. argh!! I just have to watch it though. lol I'm trying to find some good anime's to watch that aren't dirty. It seems like there are a lot that are just dirty, especially on Netflix. It is frustrating. If anyone figures out if it is an anime I can watch, let me know please. Also what are your favorite mangas/animes? I shall leave y'all with some pictures from this manga. It is cute! It is basically about these students at this school that have powers. They are allowed to bring cats with them to school and their cats have powers. Well the students that are on the student council only have powers. But they have to fight off this evil spirit things. lol Well that's an idea of what it's about, so far it's cute though. Here is a synopsis I found on Wikipedia of it.

Yumi and her cat, Kansuke had just entered Matabi Academy,a school where students are allowed to have their pet cats live at the dorms. All goes quite well when they are suddenly dragged into a war that had begun long ago to stop Kaen, a great and ancient demon cat. A long time ago, he destroyed the Futakago kingdom, a kingdom that angered Kaen for some unknown reason. Since then, Princess Kiri and her cat, Shirayuki, fought him and sealed him in Futakago's barrier. Many years later, Kaen was finally sealed at Matabi Academy itself, but not before warning to return 100 years later. To prevent this from happening, Princess Kiri and Shirayuki chose a select group of students and their cats and granted them powers that best suit their talents and abilities. These students are Matabi Academy's student council and protect the school. But when Kaen's subordinate, Tsukumoishu, attacked Yumi and Kansuke, the pair was greeted by the Princess and Shirayuki and promised a great power if they chose to fight the threat of Kaen. With no choice, the seventh pair of student and cat make a pact and join this ancient battle.

Afternoon Loverlies!! I wanted to share this neat little app I found at the app store on my IPhone. It is called PaigeeWorld. It is basically a community of anime/manga type drawers. You basically make a profile and just go look at other folks drawings, or you can post your own drawings. It has Paigee points you earn by submitting drawings I believe. Or earning paigee pins by entering contests or connecting to facebook. I believe that's another way to unlock paigee points. When you earn these points, you can use them to unlock tutorials on how to draw certain characters etc. Very COOL!! I'm still learning the ropes of this app. lol But I think it is very interesting to at least try!!

I decided to try to draw some myself. Don't laugh. lol The first two pictures I just saw what someone drew and just tried to draw it myself. The last picture I just kinda did the same but mixed stuff. lOl Hey I gotta start somewhere. Maybe I will get the hang of it so I can get better at  drawing some more. Anyways, All I am saying is TRY IT!!! YAY!!! :D Ta Ta For Now!!!

Afternoon Loverlies!!

Sorry I have not posted about my E.L.F products I got for my birthday yet.  I have been so tired lately, especially today.  I shouldn't be but I am exhausted feeling.  I will attempt to do it soon though. Tomorrow I will be out of it, because I have to take a valium tonight. lol  It is for my Dentist appointment tomorrow, I will be getting a root canal, how fun. lol  So the valium is for to knock me out and then another drug I have to take in the morning.  I hope it goes by fast though.  I would rather be asleep while it happens.  I decided to grab some books the other day at the library.  My husband loves reading mangas, so I decided let's make another attempt at reading mangas again.  So I got Sailor Moon and Alice in the country of hearts.  I like the Alice one, of course, I love alice in wonderland stuff.  I haven't finished sailor moon yet but so far it's ok.  

Alrighty now for Throwback Thursday!!  I have two stories (well donno if you can call it a story, it's very short) I will tell about when I was young, like around 5 years of age if not younger ( can't remember fully). lol  They are short but silly or as most folks view them weird.  I remember I used to sit in my high chair and eat snacks. Ok, well, the snack was Bread dipped into tropical punch koolaid.  I thought it was tasty. :) lol

I would also have my daddy break up bread in a bowl and put it on the floor.  I then would eat out of the bowl like a kitty cat, because I wanted to see what it was like to eat like a cat. I would also put milk in a bowl and do the same thing.  One more thing I did was I remember watching maniac mansion with my bubba Ricky one day.  I decided let's experiment a sandwhich.  So I went into the kitchen and put mayonaisse on one side of my bread.  Then I put ketchup on the other side of my bread, which I don't mind mixing.  But for some reason I decided to put a chocolate chip cookie in the middle and see what happens.  Yep, it was gross, I tossed the cookie then I finished off the ketchup and mayonnaise sandwhich.  Yummy eh? lol
